As a 2024–2025 Fulbright Teachers for Global Classrooms Fellow, I am honored to embark on an immersive field experience in Uruguay, a South American nation celebrated for its progressive policies, rich cultural heritage, and commitment to education.

My Field Placement: Salto
After arriving in the capital, Montevedio, I will be spending a portion of my Fulbright experience in Salto, the capital city of the Salto Department in northwestern Uruguay.
